快速门的使用寿命是非不但仅是质量问题，跟日常的正确使用和保养维护也密不可 分。下面我们就一起来看看快速门保养要领及窍门：

要按期检查： 按期检察门轨、门扇有无变形、卡阻现象，操作按钮是否良好，按钮箱门是否可锁。卷帘门上电控制箱指示信号是否正常，箱体有无受损� ？舭磁ハ涿�，按下上方(或下方)按钮，卷帘门应上升或下降，如果卷帘门升降与按钮操作上下纷歧样，必须立即停车，调解电源项序后方可重新操作。在按钮操作上升(或下降)历程中，操作人员严禁离开现场，操作的同时，要密切注意卷帘门上升(或下降)到一定位置后是否能自动停车。如果卷帘门上升即将出导轨(或下降已到地面)仍不绝车，必须待限位装置修复(调解)正常后方可重新操作。

If the rolling shutter door is about to go out of the guide rail (or has fallen to the ground) and still does not stop, it must be operated again after the limit device is repaired (adjusted) normally.
其次就是高速卷帘门的电机保养： 保养流程：清洗定转子——更换碳刷或其他零部件——真空F级压力浸漆——烘干——校动平衡。

1、使用情况应经常坚持干燥，电动机外貌应坚持清洁，进风口不应受灰尘、纤维等阻碍。
1. The operating environment should be kept dry, the motor surface should be kept clean, and the air inlet should not be blocked by dust and fiber.
2、当电动机的热�；ち⑿卸�，应查明故障来自电动机照旧超负荷或�；ぷ爸谜ㄖ堤�，故障后，方可投入运行。 3、应包管电动机在运行历程中良好的润滑。一般的电动机运行5000小时左右，即应增补或更换润滑脂，运行中发明轴承过热或润滑变质时，液压实时换润滑脂。更换润滑脂时，应旧的润滑油，并有汽油洗净轴承及轴承盖的油槽，然后将ZL-3锂基脂填充轴承内外圈之间的空腔的1/2(对2极)及2/3(对4、6、8极)。

Then, zl-3 lithium grease should be filled into 1 / 2 (for 2 poles) and 2 / 3 (for 4,6,8 poles) of the cavity between the inner and outer rings of the bearing.
4、当轴承的寿命终了时，电动机运行的振动及噪声将明显增大，检查轴承的径向游隙抵达下列值时，即应更换轴承。

5、拆卸电动机时，从轴伸端或非伸端取出转子都可以。如果没有须要卸下电扇，照旧从非轴伸端取出转子较为便当，从定子中抽出转子时，应避免损坏定子绕组或绝缘。

When the rotor is pulled out from the stator, the stator winding or insulation shall be prevented from being damaged.
6、更换绕组时必须记下原绕组的形式，尺寸及匝数，线规等，当失落了这些数据时，应向制造厂索取，随意更改原设计绕组，经常使电动机某项或几项性能恶化，甚于无法使用。

When these data are lost, they should be obtained from the manufacturer, and the original designed winding can be changed at will.
