在装置调试之前应先检查控制器、按钮盒、卷门机、行程开关、电刹车的连接线是否正常，确认后在进行调试。
Before installation and commissioning, check whether the connecting lines of the controller, button box, door winder, travel switch and electric brake are normal, and conduct commissioning after confirmation.
1、相序调解：接入三相380V50HZ电源，接通空气开关，若电源指示灯闪烁故障灯亮故障反响开关常闭并发出救护笛的报警声则标明相序过失，可将三相电源进线中的任两相交换即可�？刂破鞯南嘈蚣觳庹�，利用按钮视察卷帘门运行偏向，若卷门机运行偏向与按键相反，将卷门机三相接线中任意两相交换即可。
1. Phase sequence adjustment: connect the three-phase 380V50HZ power supply and turn on the air switch. If the power indicator flashes, the fault light turns on, the fault feedback switch is normally closed, and the alarm sound of the ambulance horn comes out, it indicates that the phase sequence is wrong. Exchange any two phases in the three-phase power supply incoming line. The phase sequence detection of the controller is correct, and the operation button is used to observe the operation direction of the roller shutter. If the operation direction of the roller shutter is opposite to the button, exchange any two phases in the three-phase wiring of the roller shutter.
2、中位位置设置以及形成学习：接通电源将控制板上拨吗开关SW1置于on的位置，SW2置于ON的位置可进入中停位置的设定和正常行驶行程的学习。
2. Middle position setting and formation learning: Turn on the power supply and set the up switch SW1 of the control board to the ON position. Set SW2 to the ON position to enter the middle stop position setting and normal travel learning.
a：现将上下限位器按实际情况设定好。
a: Now set the upper and lower limit stops according to the actual situation.
b：按复位键一次卷门机开始上行抵达上限位并自动停止。
b: Press the reset key once, the door winder starts to move up to the upper limit and stops automatically.
c：按下行键一次开始进入下行全程学习，卷门机开始下行抵达下限位并自动停止，下行全程学习完毕。
c: Press the down key once to start the whole downward learning process. The door roller starts to descend to the lower limit and stops automatically. The whole downward learning process is completed.
d：按上行键一次开始进入上行全程学习，卷门机开始上行抵达上限位并自动停止，上行全程学习完毕。
d: Press the UP key once to start the whole uplink learning. The door roller starts to go up to the upper limit and stops automatically. The whole uplink learning is completed.
e：按上行键一次开始进入中停位置学习，卷门机开始下行抵达距地面1.8M处按停键，下行中位置学习完毕。
e: Press the UP key once to enter the middle stop position for learning. The door winder starts to descend to 1.8m above the ground, and then press the STOP key to finish learning the middle stop position for descending.
f：再按一次下行键，使卷门机抵达下限位并自动停止，后半程学习完毕。
f: Press the down key again to make the door roller reach the lower limit and stop automatically, and the second half of the learning is completed.
g：按上行键，使卷门机抵达上限位并自动停止，正常行驶行程学习完毕。
g: Press the up key to make the door roller reach the upper limit and stop automatically, and the learning of normal travel is completed.
h：按消音键一次，进入快速下降的中位的学习中位指示灯闪烁体现进入中位设置，按下行键，卷门机磁铁开始间歇下行抵达距地面1.8M处按停键，快速下降中位置学习完毕。
h: Press the Silence key once, and the learning middle position indicator for entering the fast descending middle position flashes to indicate entering the middle position setting. Press the Down key, and the door roller magnet starts to descend intermittently to the position 1.8M above the ground. Press the Stop key, and the learning of the fast descending middle position is completed.
i：再按复位键一次键，卷门机抵达上限位并自动停止，中停位置于设定和正常行驶行程学习全部完毕。
i: Press the reset key again, the door roller reaches the upper limit and stops automatically, the middle stop is set and the normal travel learning is completed.
