水晶卷帘门常见的几项故障的剖析要领
一、防火卷帘门不可动：
1、 Fireproof rolling shutter door does not operate:
应检查电源 ，看防火卷帘门的电源空开是否有电 ，如果没电 ，就应线检查电源部分。如果有电 ，此时卷帘控制箱的电源指示灯应当是绿色常亮。如果指示灯不亮此时我们应检查控制箱内的变压器(变压器的电阻270欧姆)是否烧坏。如果电源指示灯是绿色闪烁 ，标明电源部分可能缺相 ，如果电源不缺项有可能是控制箱的备用电源板烧坏;也有可能住电源板和备用电源板都烧坏。
The power supply should be checked to see if the power switch of the fireproof rolling shutter door has power. If there is no power, the power supply should be checked online. If there is electricity, the power indicator light of the roller shutter control box should be green and always on. If the indicator light is not on, we should check if the transformer (with a resistance of 270 ohms) inside the control box is burnt out. If the power indicator light is flashing green, it indicates that the power supply may be out of phase. If the power supply is not out of phase, it is possible that the backup power board of the control box is burnt out; It is also possible that both the residential power board and the backup power board are burnt out.
二、电源空开推不上：
2、 Power switch cannot be pushed up:
送闸时 ，空开推不上应检查备用板是否有问题 ，备用板的输出线的电阻约为300欧姆。如果开路时或短路应该检查电机的点刹车是否烧坏 ，或检查备用板是否烧坏。
When the air switch cannot be pushed up, check if there is a problem with the backup board. The resistance of the output line of the backup board is about 300 ohms. If there is an open circuit or a short circuit, check if the motor's point brake is burnt out, or check if the backup board is burnt out.
三、操作按钮使用不灵：
3、 The operation button is not working properly:
应领先按下停止键 ，再按下复位键 ，然后按上行下行键。
You should first press the stop button, then press the reset button, and then press the up and down buttons.
四、电源控制箱或按钮面板的指示灯全亮：
4、 The indicator lights on the power control box or button panel are all on:
这时应先检查按钮线是否有短路现象或某一个按钮被压死的可能 ，如果以上现象不保存 ，有可能是电源主板上的芯片坏掉 ，这时应更换芯片。注意要反着装 ，(即开口对着开口)。
At this point, it is necessary to first check whether there is a short circuit in the button wire or the possibility of one button being pressed. If the above phenomena do not exist, it is possible that the chip on the power supply motherboard is damaged, and the chip should be replaced. Be sure to dress in the opposite direction (i.e. facing the opening).
五：按钮操作只有上行或下行：

这时应先检查限位线是否有掉线现象 ，若果没有 ，有可能是主电源板坏了。
At this point, it is necessary to first check if there is any disconnection in the limit wire. If not, it is possible that the main power board is damaged.
六、操作按钮欠好用或按什么按钮都是下行：
6、 The operation button is not easy to use or any button pressed will go down:
应先检查主电板与备电板的连接排线时是否松动。
First, check if the connection cables between the main and backup electrical boards are loose.
七、增加锁控：
7、 Add lock control:
只需在排线的第5和12的空上串接一个约1K的电阻。
Just connect a resistor of approximately 1K in series on the 5th and 12th spaces of the ribbon cable.
八、判断电机的优劣：
8、 Judging the quality of the motor:
电机的三相电阻达47-70欧姆且三相平衡。三相不平衡可能是电机坏了。
The three-phase resistance of the motor reaches 47-70 ohms and the three phases are balanced. Three phase imbalance may be due to motor failure.
九、防火卷帘门报警时 ，应领先让防火卷帘门自动下降究竟 ，途中不要按任何按钮 ，然后再上行。
9、 When the fire shutter door alarms, the fire shutter door should be automatically lowered to the bottom first, and no buttons should be pressed during the process before going up.
十、防火卷帘门的装置调试：
10、 Installation and commissioning of fireproof rolling shutter doors:
在装置调试之前应先检查控制器、按钮盒、卷门机、行程开关、电刹车的连接线是否正常 ，确认后在进行调试。
Before installation and debugging, it is necessary to check whether the connection wires of the controller, button box, rolling door machine, travel switch, and electric brake are normal, and then proceed with debugging after confirmation.
