卷帘门装置施工技术要求需要注意哪些
一、卷帘门设备导轨与方管
1、 Rolling shutter door equipment guide rail and square tube
1、在洞口的两边确认导轨与方管设备方位，用锤线放出导轨与方管基准线、放出方管连接件牢固螺栓十字线，导轨与方管逾越吊顶不小于20CM。
1. Confirm the orientation of the guide rail and square tube equipment on both sides of the hole, use a hammer line to set out the reference line between the guide rail and square tube, and set out the cross line of the fixing bolts of the square tube connection. The guide rail and square tube should not exceed the suspended ceiling by less than 20cm.
2、用攻击钻在墙柱上打出连接件牢固胀大螺栓孔，连接件的间隔不得大于600mm，两头距方管口100mm。
2. Use an impact drill to punch the expansion bolt holes for fixing the connecting pieces on the wall column. The spacing between the connecting pieces should not exceed 600mm, and the distance between the two ends and the square pipe mouth should be 100mm.
3、先上下牢固后再复一下导轨的笔直度，每米不得大于5mm，全行笔直度不得逾越20mm，无机布料面嵌入导轨深度（见GB14102-2005）。

4、讲其余连接件装在，连接件与方管之间选用电焊，每件连接件与导轨间电焊点不少于5点，电焊的宽度不少于5m，焊接处不应有穿孔现象爆发。选用不锈钢导轨时焊条选用不锈钢焊条。

The welding points between each connector and the guide rail are not less than 5 points, and the width of the welding is not less than 5 meters. There should be no perforation at the welding point. When selecting stainless steel guide rails, stainless steel welding rods should be used.
二、济南卷帘门设备支承板

1、依据大样图中的卷轴的计划中间高度，在立柱或墙上定出动支承板的中间方位，放出胀大螺栓的中间十字线。
1. According to the planned middle height of the scroll in the detailed drawing, determine the middle position of the movable support plate on the column or wall, and release the middle cross line of the expansion bolt.
2、以主支承板中间为基准，昆山自动门厂用水平塑料管找出相对应的从动支承板中间和从动支承板的胀大螺栓孔十字线。

3、打孔：用攻击钻打胀大孔的要求钻头笔直于柱面，若单个螺栓孔碰到钢筋，钻不进则可恰当移动，但不可影响牢固和外观。

4、装自动支承板，用螺母、绷簧垫圈，平垫圈把穿过支承板孔的胀大栓旋紧，要求主支承板面笔直于卷轴。
4. Install the automatic support plate, tighten the expansion bolt passing through the support plate hole with nuts, tension spring washers, and flat washers, and ensure that the main support plate surface is perpendicular to the winding shaft.
5、装从动承板要领同上，但在紧螺栓前，要求用水平管校核从动支承板的中间高度是否与自动承板配合，水平度控制在洞口高度的1/300内，如有过失实时调解。
