卷帘门的大轴是如何装置的

一：在装置卷帘门的大轴时，要先将挂板定好偏向，并装置到卷轴上，再用帘板装到挂板上，在卷在卷轴上用铁丝扎牢固 。

二：装置时先将套上轴承及座的光轴塞入卷轴的端孔中，瞄准位置后再将轴承牢固螺栓拧紧，在卷轴上好之后，可以左右移动下卷筒调理位置 。

装置注意事项

1.在装置卷帘门前，视察卷帘机是否水平装置，卷帘轴是否平滑，是否有滞卡现象，如有，应实时处理 。

2.窗帘挂起前，应调解链条的下垂度，以满足标准要求 。

3.卷门机与外部电源线接触的截面尺寸有一定要求，不小于1平方毫米 。
